What is Dabchy Protection?
Dabchy offers you protection every time you place an order: in case you notice a defect or non-compliance of the purchased item with the description, you can report it and get refunded.
Refund on Dabchy
When you make a purchase on Dabchy, your money is not transferred to the seller until 24 hours after receiving your item. You then have 24 hours after delivery to report any problem with your order. You can make a claim by opening the delivered order and describing the problem with photos.
Our team verifies the claim, and if validated, you have 3 days to ship the item back. The refund is issued as soon as the return is registered with the delivery partner.
What is covered by Dabchy Protection?
If any of the following applies to your order, please report the problem as soon as possible:
- Undisclosed damage — the item arrives damaged and it wasn't mentioned in the listing.
- Incorrect or missing item — you received the wrong item or something is missing.
- Item does not match the description — different size, color, brand or condition than listed.
Important: claims are not valid if made more than 24 hours after delivery — after that window the payment is released to the seller.
