1. Introduction
Dabchy is an Egyptian limited liability company operating the "Dabchy" online platform (the Website and Mobile Application), which functions as a marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of new and used items. In these Terms, the sellers and buyers using the platform are collectively referred to as "Users".
The platform acts only as an intermediary between Users: when a product is purchased, the buyer's payment is held by Dabchy and is only transferred to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, in accordance with the specified period.
2. Account registration
To sell on Dabchy, you must create a User account on the platform, which contains personal information and details of your use of the services ("Selling/Buying/Liking"). Visitors who are not registered may browse the Website but cannot access the services.
3. Fees
Dabchy charges a commission of 20% (tax inclusive) on the item price when a sale is finalized. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are shown on the item page and at checkout. Transfer (payout) fees to the seller's account may apply depending on the provider.
4. Seller obligations
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and photos of their items, respond to buyer questions, and ship sold items promptly. Selling prohibited or counterfeit goods is not allowed.
5. Limitation of liability
The use of the platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dabchy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
