How do I create an account?
Sign up for free using the Create an account page with your username, email and personal information.
How do I sell an item?
Use the Sell an item page: add clear photos, a detailed description and a price. Once approved, buyers can order it directly and we handle door-to-door pickup.
What is Dabchy's commission?
Dabchy's commission is 20% (tax inclusive) and is only charged once the sale is finalized — after the buyer receives the item and the protection window closes.
What are the delivery fees?
Buyers pay a delivery fee, which is shown on every item page and at checkout before confirming the order.
How do I receive my money from a sale?
Your earnings are transferred to your transfer account if no claim is made within 24 hours of the buyer receiving the item.
How do I buy an item?
Find what you're looking for, add it to your cart and check out with cash on delivery. Pay when your order arrives at your door.
Where does Dabchy operate?
Dabchy currently operates in Egypt, with plans to expand to more countries soon.
